WisDOT - Zero In Wisconsin / Do Over Ticket TV

In order to influence the behavior of hard-to-reach, 18-34 year old men, we created a TV spot that dramatically shows the consequences of not wearing a seat belt and the possibility of dying. A ticket is considered a “DO OVER” because next time, the actor states, “it could just be...OVER.”
